Last night was the Seattle stop on the True Colors Tour and it was a fabulous, fun party.  The show was great.  Cyndi's part was rushed, but she performed terrifically.  The B-52's are amazing live.  And we got to see the amazing, legendary Joan Armatrading.

Barry and I are back from our trip to Germany and Switzerland.  It was overall a very nice trip, despite the stress and drama of visiting with my family, which I will undoubtedly address in another blog post.

The highlights of the trip for me were:

This is one of Barry and my favorite musician, the lovely Roisin Murphy.  From her name, you probably could guess that she's Irish.  Take a listen to her music though. I just was listening to a radio interview with Cyndi and she's saying Sarah McLachlan will be a special guest at the Vancouver True Colors show.
