I finally finished reading the poisonwood bible. It's taken me forever to finish. I read it really slowly - to me there was a lot to take in. I stand amazed at Kingsolver's talents. Okay, I am through waiting. If Jeremy isn't going to brag on himself, I will. He ran his first race this past Saturday! He ran a 5K and finished in 29 minutes, 10 seconds. That was better than his goal and he was not, as he feared, the last one to finish! Yay Jeremy!!!!

I just wanted to say that yesterday was a really great day. I got up really early which I enjoy and went to Wal-Mart while it wasn't crowded. I got the girls' Easter basket stuff, which is fun for me, too. I got Harper Lee the cutest necklace. I think she'll love having one like Heath's ( Read more... )
