I head back to teh grind today, and I'm almost looking forward to it. I've been a bit bored and running out of things to not do these last couple of weeks. After work I'm going to the gym; the worst torture under the sun. I don't care what Alicia says. I got nothing.

One of those days that remind me how lucky I am to live in Alaska. It was a beautful early fall days here (make no mistake kiddies, fall comes early to the Great White North) that started out a little chilly (low 40s) but ended up perfect. So I'm single again, which I totally expected. I'm not distraught about the break-up; she didn't want a relationship and showed it by her lack of, shall I say, enthusiasm. Her loss really. I got back yesterday. Sunday for those of you who are on teh other coast. 3:45 a.m. my plane touched down, and I got back to the hacienda at about 7. I gots me a shower, jumped on the Harley, headed to Chris's house and went to the fair. Good times. So yeah, the fun run. Not much fun. I didn't even finish. I could have, looking back; but I didn't feel the need to kill myself to prove I could run 5.5 miles in 87 degree heat and 89% humidity. I'm back from Korea, or "Kourea" as I spelled it on a friends page. find out who and you get a big gold star. I don't remember it being as hot in august in Korea as it was, but OMMFGAS it was hot. I think half my face melted off on the 3rd. Somehow I look better. I spent entirely too much money there, but I got all the Christmas shopping done ( Read more... )
