The London Fogcutter was pretty good, a little strong for me I think for more than a sip or two though (I am a wuss with drinks now, what can I say). My random drink of coconut rum and apple juice was up my alley. Guitar Hero was definitely the highlight of my evening though. I might just have to break into your apartment when no one is around and play :D Also, with all the praising I was doing of your wife's amazing pasta salad, my mother has requested the recipe.

Are they? Hmmm. OK, maybe so.

If you like the Fogcutter, you'd probably like a Kir Imperial - creme de cassis and champagne - easy as that! When I first tried it, I made it with homemade blackberry liquor instead of cassis (a gift from a friend, not my own private label; that would then be blackberry-flavored cleaning fluid) and I found it much preferable to the cassis. The difficulty is finding the liquor store that will sell you homemade blackberry liquor, or even putting in an order for it. :)
