Grunting and stamping, I cast Call Lightning. A pillar of lightning strikes Rider #4, dealing 16 (5+5+6) damage to the rider and 11 damage to the horse. Meanwhile, Therkahn guards me as he has been trained to do, attacking anyone who comes near me.
I rise to my feet and, completely ignoring the grit and blood coating me, chant in a slow monotone, weaving my hands in the air. A small spark shoots out, speeding toward the riders. Ten feet in front of the rider hanging back, the spark explodes into a brilliant ball of fire, engulfing the third, fourth, and fifth riders.
Verealing jumps to his feet, readying his bow in the same action. The bow suddenly crackles with electricity, and he sends a single arrow with shock magic at Rider 1 (also assuming the targets are between 30 and 110 feet away):
32 To hit (I rolled 17, plus attack bonus of 13, plus 2 from the Bless and Prayer) 8 Damage (I rolled 3 regular damage and 2 shock damage, plus 2 from Weapon Specialization feat, plus 1 from the Prayer)
Ana rises slowly from the ground and wraps her cloak about her. In spite of the dozens of bleeding wounds she's suffered, she looks intently at the riders settling her focus on the first rider. Shaking, she extends her right hand while uttering a spell. A spark leaves her fingertips and explodes in a flash of light directly in front of the first rider's eyes. She slumps to her knees on the sand pulling her cloak ever tighter around herself.
(cast 'blindness' rider #1; concentration check was 21)
The Redeemed carefully aims his crossbow from his prone position under the wagon, aiming for the first rider.
Light crossbow: (19 natural + 10 attack) = 29 to hit. 19 threatens and a (7 natural + 10 attack) = 17 to hit for a critical strike. 2 damage rolled on d8.
He springs from underneath the caravan (move-equiv) and draws his sword Fury (free: Quick Draw). Calling out to his foes, he ignites the longsword to draw their attention, "For the Queen!"
