68.9 this morning which is highly frustrating. I am hoping a lot of it is water weight as I added quite a bit of salt to my dinner last night (vegan pesto and rocket pasta). So I’m back. No one here will remember me but that’s okay. I’m looking for a support system / blogging facility outside of IG or MPA.
I got down to 45kgs then ended up inpatient / hospital / outpatient bouncing around for a couple of years then my fiancé dies & I gained up to 74kgs.

Just ate first proper meal of 2 pieces of toast in like a week. Then plaited my hair and now I'm breathless with a HR of 120 :(
Not sure if it's due to the carbs or what =\

For this who remember me
I got discharged from the eating disorder clinic today. For the first time in 13 years I finally feel free and happy and healthy. I know my journey is just beginning but I feel this is the biggest day in my life so far and as my family don't see it that way I wanted to share it with others who may understand

Today i managed to eat breakfast and combined 2 snacks for lunch and i will be eating dinner tonight as well. Its not quite the right calories but im quite proud with how i have been going. I also havent weighed in nearly a week which is a miracle as i normally weigh a minimum of 12 times a day. Im not quite sure why this has happened but im going ( Read more... )
