Oh, cryo cryo cryo, if there is one thing i love about you guys, it's your ability to write incredibly addictive and amazingly good fic. I've been having a hankering for something like this for a good while; I'm glad I got around to reading it. Granted, I'm sure it would have gotten to me eventually. This just seems like the "right time," you know? It's not a mood, just a feeling.
Anyway, I'm rambling. If I were Ebert, I'd give it two thumbs up, and if I were a writer for the New York Times I'd have fabulous vocabulary such as, "a compelling read!" to leave you with, but all I can say is "omgilu" and "so, should i add gswitch bondage!Ed to my list, then?"
<333 And I love what a nice review you've given me. Writers for the New York Times are overrated, I appreciate "omgilu" just as much XD (And girl!Ed too...though actually, I was wondering if I could ask you for a special request? I promise I will try writing you something in exchange <3 ))
AH YAY! More cryo-fic! :D This looks like it's working up to be an amazing story so far; I really love your Hei to pieces, and this premise looks awesome. I think I might have to go check out mikkeneko's 'verse here soon, as I am unfamiliar with it, though I have read (and enjoyed) some of her other work.
Anyway! Definitely looking forward to reading more of this - I'm curious to see where you take this! Although I'll miss a more present Edward, I do enjoy seeing how you write him through other characters' eyes. :D
<3 Glad to hear you are enjoying it so far. If you're looking for where Edward is and what he's doing, mikkeneko's fic L'homme Machine is the answer...though obviously it's big spoilers for this fic I'm writing here ;) (Also er, very dark and incredibly R-rated XD; )
<3 Thank you...and yeah, I dunno, I was always wondering what it must be like to have a roommate who kept his arms and legs just sitting there in a corner of the room XD
There really aren't enough fics where the idea of Heiderich not being comfortable with the missing limbs integrated with the other ideas in the story and the ways he deals with Edward. Why didn't Ed ever get a cover or lid for that thing? What Heiderich completely blind or something? xD;
I was wondering--were you going to go into any more of the story of how Hoho disappeared and how Ed/Hei knew each other before Ed landed on his doorstep, and the condition he was in at the time? I feel like I could benefit a bit from that being fleshed out--know more of where he's coming from, how his life was before Ed, ya know? And more about how Ed's life was, if you're going to focus on him too. :) (not to be pushy or anything though.) ^___^;
