class: Ewwwww!
student: (whispers) Is it really bad for cousins to marry?

student: dude, you can't hang out with teachers. That's, like, illegal.

student: Man, I heard it rained 70 inches last night.

I was proctoring study today, when one of my students asked me to sign her pass.
me: where are you going, M.?
m: Math lab.

only I didn't hear "math lab"

me: METH lab?? We HAVE one of those here? That doesn't seem safe to me.

She seemed surprised as well.
