Amazing and wonderful. As is that witch hat and your bats!

I do love your dragon.

I was really surprised when I began to tally them up after the first half hour or so.

Her hat is magnificent, and my bats are such fun - they came from a local shop a couple of years ago.

And the dragon was happy to lie there and guard the lights :)

You look adorable, that's a very fetching headband! The earrings are great, too. Everything looks spookily festive.

I must admit to loving my bats and my raven earrings. I do like this celebration of the dark season to come.

The hat (actually, both the hat and your bat headdress) totally ROCK!

You look great in your corset. Love it. I remember when you first got it years ago.

The hat is, to quote her when she first got it 'an excellent hat'. My bats came from a local shop a couple of years ago and they just make me smile.

I was very pleased that I didn't have to adjust the lacings in my corset despite the jumper - although I did have to breathe in a lot to get it fastened :)

It’s clearly a popular festival. Nice to have it continuing on the island!

It's an interesting mix of old traditions and pragmatic adoption of some new ones -like much in life :)
