Hello friends!

I am happy.

Yesterday was an AWESOME first day at work. Everyone is really nice, I'm picking up the job quickly, and I'm sooo excited to finally be able to look forward to a paycheck!

Last night, Matt and I went to a Toby Keith concert. It was loud and fun and fabulous.

Today I got to catch up on a huge sleep deficit.

It's been awhile so I figured it's time for an update. Here are the things that are new in my life:

• Got a haircut. My hair is now jaw-length and I have low-lights that give the blondness a little dimension. I like that it's cut my shower/hair drying time in half.

 As much as I'm going to dislike waking up super early, I cannot wait to start work on Wednesday!! I've been so incredibly bored lately and feeling useless makes me grumpy. Life has been pretty good. I'm excited to start my new job next week. I'll be the person who listens to angry voicemails for a cable/internet provider. I had a great weekend! Friday was the monthly meeting of the Uppity Ladies. We went to Montavinos, this fabulous little wine bar in Wooster. I'd never been there before and it was incredible. You know I've gotten too used to sleeping in when 9am seems far too early for me to be awake. At least when I'm done with job training, my schedule usually won't start until 2pm. I like that I'll be able to continue being a night owl. But, for the moment, I am jealous of Goldie who is still asleep in my bedroom. 

I am now Facebook friends with my ex-advisor and my ex-therapist. Social networking is fun!!
