It's the economy, stupid!
One thing I have noticed through the years is that more people seem to get married and more people seem to have babies during tougher economic times than during better times. I wonder if there is any substance behind my perception, and if there is, what is it in human nature that drives this behavior which would otherwise seem contrary to logical -
