Ok. Right, well to be honest the last 4 days i've done nothing but binge and hated myself for it. Been having about 1500kcals a day. :/
Therefore i'm currently at 9st 4lbs. (130lbs) I want to get to 9st or 8st 13lbs by Wednesday (5 days). Which will be a total loss of 5lbs or so.

Hope by Wednesday i can do so. Plan to eat 1000 or under kcals a day ( Read more... )

I don't exactly set myself weigh in days because I don't like the pressure, I try not to weigh too much. About once a fortnight (:

overall i would like to get to 99lbs by about August, and i'm 130lbs at the moment, so 31lbs in 2months. I'll try my best (:

Hey! so we totally have the same weight loss goals, im currently 135 and want to hit 120, then i'd be perfectly happy with it, interested in being diet buddies? like motivate each other by keeping check on each other?
as for your 5 bs in 5 days thing, each pound is 3500cals, so its not really possible to lose 1lbs a day, not fat weight at least, youd just be loosing water(which means it'd come back really soon) in 5 day's i'd say 2.5 pounds would be the most a person could do(unless like you said, they were very big)
oh also, the reason i saw your page/profile(haha im new i dont know what the pages are actually called) is because i read a post you did on a group(?) but yeah i saw that you did weigh ins on wednesday which makes SOOOO much sense, because i'd always do it on the weekend, so the week would be "over" on friday and i'd binge eat on the weekend and gain it all back, i'm switching to wednesday weigh in to avoid the weekend binge!
