thrush is a bummer. i told my practitioner im going to see a naturopath. i feel like im cheating. except my naturopath is 88 years old and no hugh hefner. i got another prescription for diflucan. bah. and again here we go

My friend Jenn that lives in New York gets thrush pretty often. It always happens when she's stressed out. She's breastfeeding so her baby ends up getting it in his mouth and she gets it on her nipples. I just asked her what you can do to help it naturally. See below
