Stupid Wrist-Mounted Timekeeping Device!
So the battery indicator on my watch has been blinking telling me that the battery is going dead. So I go out and buy a new battery, take the back off the watch, remove the old battery and put in the new on and now the watch doesn't work at all ( Read more... ) -

Well, my old recliner that I have been using as a desk chair for years finally gave up the ghost. The cushioning had pretty much been flattened over the years and the fabric was getting pretty worn in places (not to mention the shredded corners of the chair that my cats have used as a scratching post ( Read more... ) -

Snow Days!
SO its pretty much been snowing non-stop since 3am yesterday morning. We now have about 3 feet of snow on the ground and police have been warning people to stay off the roads unless absolutely necessary. My sister couldn't even get out of her driveway this morning to go to work ( Read more... )
