So my sister is totally willing to rent a car and come with me to the housewarming thing, though we most likely will not be spending the night...are you (and this may be too early to ask, as how you still have the actual move and starting work ahead of you yet) planning specific activites for the daytime this particular party, or will it be just out and about to buy more and then return to apt. to drink more? not that I have a problem with that, but as it's my sister, I (and I'm sure, she) would appreciate some time a little more structured. ^^ Just a question, for you to answer whenever you have the chance. Let me know if you want some help with anything!

saturday we plan on touring the wonderful world of DC and its museums and aquarium. also saturday night i'm pretty sure we are going ice skating down the street from my place. The rest of the time will be drinkin and all that jazz.

Sounds awesome! We might just be able to meet you in the city at some point then, and see how we feel from there, whether she wants to party some or not. ^^ Not that she's an old fogey herself; she recently went ot Ireland and lived it up, you know! ^^

Luckily Mel got her place so I'll probably be crashing with her over the weekend. Don't think Gabe will be attending with me since he probably will have to work. If I don't make it down, depending on a few things, then I will send you your gifts like I've been promising all this time.

YAY! You are finally moving!

Oh and your father is retiring? I thought that wasn't happening for a while. Are they going to build that house like they wanted to?

hey now! as a person who recently "moved to florida" I'm slightly offended by the "old fogies" comment :Þ j/k And where are they moving down here again? Tampa?
