Oh, yeah, Jonah. Jonah's not doing awesome, to be frank. He's 11.5 and while puberty seems to be about a million miles away (please, God), he's becoming increasingly aggressive and paranoid. So, good news for once. I've been off gluten for a month now. As background, Celiac disease can cause lactose intolerance because the body produces lactase, the enzyme that digests lactose, on the very tippy ends of the intestinal villa.
