*A fissure in time and space rips appart in front of Daisy Gamgee, moving her a day or two into the future, and to safety*

"Baa!"

A sheep, wooly, black faced, comes trotting down the sandy beach. What is a domesticated sheep doing on the seaside?

*A figure runs along the beach, right by the hobbit lass*

"Oi! Curly! Come back here!" *snip*snip* "Its time to be sheared!"

-runs down the beach-

*trudges along the beach*

Behind the Bosun with the shears, a tall dark man in scarfs and cutlass stomps along the beach, his boots kicking up snad.

"Smitty! Get back here! We're about to set sail!"

He stops when he comes to the hobbit lass.
"Well, I've not seen you for a long while. Majesty's gonna want to see you"

*rides along the waves*

*there is a set of splashes coming along the beach, and a woman in dark leathers riding a tan horse comes along the beach. She stops, turns, and rides up to Captain Mathias and Daisy*

"Daisy! There you are! You look rather lost. Won't you come with me? We sail south for home tonight."
