Ok...seriously folks send a pic to my email if you want an icon made up for you!! Help a bored gal out, I'm sitting on the couch with globs of icy hot on my elevated knee. Not sure what's going on I think it's the weather and over exertion. Damn it. I LOVE running! I don't *want* to stop! And to top it all off, I have nothing to take that will work

Actually this one is an icon someone gave me online, I asked her if I could put a phrase to it, and now she loves it even more!!

Yikes, it started raining as I was leaving for my meeting this morning. The whole rain and dampness thing is *really* wrecking havoc on my joints. Grr.

my mom works for a chiropractor, and she brought me this awesome spray stuff that i put on my knees and lower back and stuff when i've had a really hard run. i believe its called cyrospray...something to that effect. its so amazing. she gets it for me for 5 bucks a bottle, but its normally 10 at the office. if you cant find it anywhere around there, i could most likely send some to you.

Oh wow! I wonder why my doctor hasn't told me about it :-/ That stuff sounds AMAZING! I've never seen anything like that round here..if you want to send it via snail mail that would be cool, I'll send you something back! :D

If you're still willing to make icons, I just sent you some pictures. It's coming from TIAA-CREF and may look a little weird, but it's just the security they have set-up whenever we send something with an attachment.
