These muffins were delishush. There were some bananas at work that were on the verge of going bad so I took them home and made muffins. Soft bananas are absolutely great for baking.

Moroccan Stew
I noticed I had a few canned items in my pantry that could make a Moroccan style stew. This gets rid of my canned chickpeas and whole tomatoes and I didn't have to buy that much at the store. Yay.

When some of you were pregnant, did you have acid reflux? I have horrible, horrible acid reflux and can't seem to get any relief. I dreamed the other night I was eating coals out of a campfire and breathing fire like it was a parlor trick. heheh
