italy is toast. big crazy story. but i am hoping to go to this program next fall, run by one of my former professors from undergrad..

great weekend. but now i feel pathetic. I'm really mean to myself, and really stupid sometimes...

Juggling so much stuff lately, I haven't been able to write..

So now Italy just requires paperwork that my employer needs to get done. Looks like I'm moving in the second week of January or so...

In helping a friend over a breakup, I discovered a lot about myself. Imagine that.

In less than 8 hours, i will be on the phone with a potential employer in Italy. My friend who works there got me the job, and this phonecall appears to be merely a formality. In 2-3 months, I will be getting on a plane and moving to Turin ( Read more... )

Being sick sucks...

On another note, a friend in Italy thinks he might have a job I could take. This conversation came up briefly once before, but hell, I think it might be worth giving it a try. Who knows. I have people I would miss, but I can't imagine it would be permanent.

Maybe a change is in order...

mmm.. So the job is seriously a cross between Dilbert and Office Space. Incompetent bosses who spout buzzwords when they dont know what the words actually mean.

More or less I sit on my ass doing nothing for hours on end.
