i really should not be the one giving advice right now, and i know it sounds stupid, but first of all, don't feel bad about yourself, especially because you don't have plans.
and i really hope your personal life will figure itself out - it'll get better with time, i promise...

Hi Annaleah,

First of all, CONGRATULATIONS on finishing up school (almost). Don't worry about not having a plan. Very few people do, and even when they have a plan, it almost never works out the way they expected it to. That's life. And that's a good thing. Just go out there and enjoy learning how to lead your life. The immediate post-grad time can be a little rocky, but the real world is much better then I thought it was going to be when I was in college. I'd have to say I quite prefer it. Enjoy your spring!

I sympathize. Everytime someone asked me what I was doing next year I felt a little bit like throwing up. Don't overstress yourself. This is a happy time and you should be proud of yourself. Don't let it get spoiled by all the worry. Besides, you're amazing and you will go so far in life that I will just be a tiny tiny dot. =)

I would just like to take this opportunity to say that you are an absolutely spectacular human being, compassionate, talented, intelligent, and enthusiastic, and I know you will live a wonderful, full life, and enrich a lot of lives.

(I say this based on my own experience.)

Mariah's right. You can't plan what happens next. No one knows exactly how that real world thing works when he or she is in college, but somehow, once you have to jump in, you do, and you will remember that you know how to swim. My advice is to do something risky, Move somewhere that excites you and motivates you. With so many new things to explore, you simply won't have time to be lonely. You may miss college sometimes, but you will recognize that if you were still there, you wouldn't be having these amazing opportunities. Dream big.
