Don't waste your time trying to be happy because that will only make you depressed. I know it is hard, but just try to be happy with what you have and even though what it is doesn't make you happy, you have to accept and let it go.

i know that i need to get over it, but when i come home everyday and am reminded and harrased every two seconds, how im a horrible person and i will never be any better in life, its a little difficult. i try so hard to forget all of the bad things and just think of the good. i think its just differant because its comming from the person that supposed to love me the most, no matter what. i cant help but think of the future and hope that by then my worries are lifted from my shoulders.

but you are to cool for that ...try to ignore it or find happyness in something else
i know its easier said then done most of time ...
i tell myself this and it rarely works
all you can do is ignore all the shit people give you
i dont mean it how it sounds
if it seems like i want it easy
im being simple in my head but not simple for my hands
there is nothing to be but as distracted as you can be

its funny how the poop just gets dumped on you all at once. why cant it come in little increments? well i think you need to read vals entry today again, it gives very good advice on becoming and staying happy and maybe that will help. sorry thats all i can give you right now.
