Well, doctors orders are to exercise more and start a daily process of small but regular things.

Did 40 push ups and 20 sit ups.  Wish it wasn't raining to I could start climbing again.  Been too long since I've been to Stone Mountain.

Looking for something to do and someplace to stay this weekend... 

Well, if the weather turns around and gets warm as expected, and rain isn't a problem, I hope to go back to Southern Cross on Monday and go riding again.  Its another holiday weekend for me (MLK) and I already have funds for two people set aside ( Read more... )

Helping someone move today.

As usual, I go out of my way to help those I care about.

Maybe it will break me out of my dark mood.  Tonight I start the colonoscopy prep.

In the absense of others being able to eat with me, I've found a couple of new people who are willing to have lunch and help break up the week somewhat.

I'm usually very uncomfortable talking to new folks with a few exceptions, but survived my first attempt.  We'll see.
