I was informed that I need to step up.  I need to improve in my weak categories.  But I don't know where to begin with these either.  They see the same things that I see that need improvement.

I need to pull my head out of my ass, drop excuses and actually do something.

I am kind of at a stand still.  I want to improve myself, and prepare for what's ahead of me.  But I don't know where to start.  I also keep looking for an excuse.

So far I like it here.  Though it feels as if I am standing in a shadow being a E-4 without a combat patch.  You have lower ranking people walking around w/ them and yet there is me and one other who don't.  It is as if we don't fit into the mold.  And we dont.  They had sometime to build upon whatever they got going and here I am thrown into it.
