I haven't updated in forever. I'm getting divorced tomorrow. It's a long story and one I can't put on the web at the moment. I am stressing so terribly much about this whole mess. Wish me luck tomorrow.

Alora Marie was born at 8:14 AM on January 29, 2007. I have three days left til my scheduled c-section. I get to go to my last office visit this afternoon. It has me a bit nervous. I'm afraid they will find something wrong to make them cancel the c-section. I am so ready to have a baby in my arms instead of kicking me internally. They took the Strep B culture yesterday. I figure if I hear from them this week I have it other wise I'm in the clear. The baby is doing well. I gained a pound in the two weeks between the last appointments. Since that covered Christmas and New Years I think I did well. I start weekly appointments next week. I went in for my U/S today. The girl doing it was very uncommunicative. She wasn't telling us a thing. Went and gave the doctor the results then we got to see the Dr. Tricia comes in and does an internal exam explaining that the tech thought she saw the water sac bulging through my cervix. I went to the Dr. today. I am now down 14 pounds total. I lost 5 pounds between Monday and today. The Dr's are doing an U/S on Friday afternoon. Hopefully I get some good pictures to post. Looks like I have gestational diabetes. They are saying it's borderline but I started testing on Friday and it is taking my body 4 hours to process food and lower my sugar back to normal. Explains some of the depression and moodiness I've been dealing with. I go to a diabetes education class tomorrow then I have my next Dr's appointment afterwards ( Read more... )
