Tonight, I played in my 1,000th career NHL game. Everyone asks me what it's like and did I ever think I'd get here... and to be completely honest I don't have an impressive answer. It's a hell of a milestone and I can't believe I'm now part of the club that can say they are millienium members of the league. At the same time, it's gone by so fast. ( Read more... )

Thanks, it was a special night regardless of what happened. I've got the 1,000 and nothing is going to change that.

Thanks, Peter. It is a really big accomplishment. I'm still trying to wrap my head around it, it seems like I just started playing a couple years ago.
