Well, I don't know about forever, but the building I live in--Abingdon House--is fantastic. It's compataively inexpensive, and really close to the city. If you need me to put in a good word, I'm happy to do so. (I can give you more deets over email.)

Beyond here, erm, I dunno.

Seriously, like everyone I know lives in this building. Good friends of mine live on G, 2, and 6. I live on 4, so we have all the even floors covered. It's really totally awesome.
