The water pan on my old, cheap electric smoker rusted through on Thanksgiving. I want to get one with more insulation (make that "ANY" insulation) to do a better job in the winter. Just on a whim, I stopped in at Cabela's this afternoon to see what they had available.

I went digging through ALL the listed evening and weekend classes, looking for a tue, thu or fri course that I could live with, even if it didn't match up with the areas I hope to study. Since I'm in the Biological Oceanography program this quarter, I was able to preregister for the winter quarter program Marine Ecology so I did. It's a subject that I'm a lot more interested in than the current course, which is all about plankton.
