Dexter
One of my roommates cats - Dexter - died yesterday (she has 5 others). He had been at the vet over the weekend getting some tests, and turn a huge downward turn yesterday morning. They think it was heart failure, but won't know for sure until the tissue sample comes back from the lab. She is, of course, very upset and it's made me realize ( Read more... ) -
Post-Con Thoughts
Another DragonCon has come and gone. I will post photos later (when I am home and possibly more awake), so for now here is some randomness:
* - Seeing old friends (and making new ones) is probably the best thing about going to D*Con. Although I wish there were time to sit down and talk to most of them for longer than 10 minutes.

Geek, Interrupted
DragonCon is only 1 week away, and I am already stressed out about it. This is supposed to be fun, and a break from work. But it's starting to not feel like that and it's pissing me off.
