New Rule
I've decided I am no longer allowed to cook breakfast for dinner. I made a skillet out of chicken Italian sausage, potatoes, onions, cumin and thyme. Then I made some green chili muffins and since I couldn't think of a veggie to serve with it I made some ambrosia fruit salad. I ate more in one sitting than I normally do in a couple of days. -

Crock Pot Curried Chicken
Yesterday there was a post on what_a_crock about making curry in a crock pot. Which made me crave curry. So I made some. In a crock pot. Normally I make it on the stove, but I'm trying to adjust more recipes for use in the crock to save some time. It's odd.... The boys are at their fathers. tkil went on a short camping trip to get away. About half an hour ago I dropped K off at a party. Not just any party. A semi-formal party.
