Baby size?
A friend had her baby on Wednesday - not a Leo :( - the only person I've ever heard of that had her baby on the day she was due. She's had a 9 pound baby (pretty big as she's not much bigger than me), but what size does that translate to? 00 or 0? 9 pounds sounds huge but I'm sure I was 9 pounds or close to. Awesome!!
Even though I have had it confirmed by the outgoing employee that my new employee is the right choice.. talking this afternoon he told us that he was an extra in the Two Towers when he was living in NZ. He was an uruk hai and was on set for 2 weeks. How cool is that? He got to eat breakfast with Dominic Monaghan and Billy Boyd as well. -
Techie help please?
I've changed my phone recently and would love to keep using my B&O headset. Only prob is that the headset has a 2.5mm plug and the phone has the new standard 3.5mm socket. I thought I found the right thing at Dick Smith but it was a mono socket and I need stereo for both. The helpful guy at Dickies said to try Organiser World but they were ( Read more... ) -
Things chewed today..
It is amazing what my dogs chew up whilst we're out at work.. not sure which one did it (but I'd guess it was Pepper), there is a drill bit with wrapping (not sure if the packaging was already opened or not) and a small spirit level. Norty puppy
Whilst I was with Pepper at dog training and Elmo was out getting a hair cut he thought that Roxy had been well-behaved enough to leave in the house without closing the sliding door that divides our house in 2. General update..
Elmo's nana died early Christmas morning. She'd had a minor stroke the week before and went downhill fairly fast. Up until then her only complaint was some athritis, she still had all of her marbles, most of her independence (she moved into an aged care facility after breaking her arm, more for the domestic help and the company ( Read more... ) -
