sleep (or lack thereof)
I need to stop letting myself fall asleep early in the evening (and by early, I mean like 9). I do this, and then I wake up between one and four hours later and then cannot go back to sleep. So I've been drafted by one of my karate students to take him and his friend to the Family Values tour concert in Atlanta tomorrow. He's one of about four that I would consider to be adopted little brothers to me. I’m not sure how I feel about this teaching a 5 week course. It was good to have off the first part of the summer, but because I didn’t know how busy I was going to be once teaching started, I didn’t really make the most of the first part of the summer when I wasn’t teaching.
