Love reading the adventures! I don't know I would be able to deal with all those lines :-P. I was particularly impressed with you coordinating with the pirate hexagons hehehhe. I also love your choice of yukata material!! It's adorable!!

How much time off do you have now? and did you have fun mentally smacking Mr. Know-it-all around?

We are supposed to get thunderstorms here in New England today...I'll send some storm vibes your way! :-)

Yeah, the lines were way too long; the first one especially, when we were just waiting in a big crowd, was awful. I hate standing in big crowds like that. I can deal with the lines at an amusement park, because I love the rides so much, but I really didn't think this was worth it.

Ummmm...I don't really have any vacation plans right now. I'm going to be busy in August with our exchange students, but maybe I'll take some time off in September.

I'm just glad I never have to see him again.

Thanks! The thunderstorms in Japan are WUSSY.

I figured that the point of all the books in the Don Quixote exhibit was to show how many different languages the book had been translated into. I know I looked at one that had samurai-type figures in it...though I don't know if there is actually such an edition out there, or they just made it up for the exhibit.

That picture of Darth Vader is truly terrifying.

Haha, oh, this is from last year, actually. I haven't updated this poor journal in so long. >.>

Hmm, I thought I remembered that there was an earthquake while you were here? Just a little tiny one, though. Can't really remember now. Anyway, I've been through quite a few of the smaller ones, but only one or two relatively large ones. I don't think about it too much; I'm just not the type to worry about that sort of thing.

Well, it is July and all? Haha.

It was really early in the morning; you were probably asleep or something.
