As of today, I still have not reached my pre-pregnancy weight. My thighs are less fatty, my upper stomach has lost a lot of fat, and I am not nearly as wide as I used to be. I weigh seven pounds less than I did on my first prenatal visit. So if we track weight loss / gain, I lost 15 pounds of body fat and gained eight pounds of boobs and baby. This ( Read more... )
