So, basically what I just did was listen to the fic while reading along.. two birds with one stone, eh? ;)

Anyway, that was superb; the writing and the recording.
From an artist standpoint, the whole thing was incredibly beautiful. Each line was basically it's own snapshot, like I could picture everything in my mind, vividly. And while yes, it was incredibly and indecently hot, as only Gerard can be :3 it was also that much of a stunning artwork..
And the voice work by shiningartifact just makes it that much better, because you just nail everything brilliantly. There are always nice touches to the dialogue, great characterization, perfect handling of all the 'sexy stuff' haha.. it all just rolls into one FABULOUS piece of work.

Yay! I love being able to do that. I'm THRILLED you liked it, especially from the perspective of an artist - it was a really fun and different way to write, thinking of constructing the images snapshot by snapshot, like you say.

Doesn't she do SUCH A GREAT JOB? It's not even that she reads it as it was written, she SEES more in it that the mere words can convey, and carries it through in her own reading and intention. And oh man she SLAYS the "sexy stuff", huh? :D

This is really hot. I love how vivid and immediate Frank's point of view is, what a clear sense we get of what he's seeing, plus the times when he's less aware of his own physical reactions and the times when he feels them keenly. Also I like how the evening scenes with the whole group set the tone of the warmth and intimacy among all of them, as a context for this interaction between Frank and Gerard to take place. Gorgeous!

Thank you! It was a really unique experience, trying to write from that "photographer's gaze", and have Frank almost removed from his own body like that. Really glad you enjoyed. shiningartifact does an incredible job bringing those images into even clearer focus in the podfic - you should give it a listen! ♥

That was so good. Hot of course, but also I love how you present Frank and Gerard, how they interact and the characterisation was beautiful. I especially liked Gerard putting on a show.

I really liked the group scene at the beginning too.
