Aw, how beautiful! I'm so glad you shared pictures. I'm excited about your real fresh garlic! I also wish I had a cast iron skillet. I would have eggs every morning.

Roomie, is there a reason why your cast iron is dirty? Are they new? Because then they should be clean...

They are from an estate sale (which = awesome because they're already well seasoned from use). We're cleaning and re-seasoning them tonight.
