Here is an enormous suprise. Who could possibly have foreseen that Russia and Ukraine would start arguing over gas supplies and shipping again as winter came round?

Right wing is a political point of view, as I understand it, which refers to a lack of government interference in day-to-day activities e.g. low taxation for the rich, low levels of state support for the not so well off. I notice that the various party leaders are all playing Hair Shirt with regards to making their followers obey the ruling that they must pay money back much to the fury of the MPs concerned.
