Kids were jumping aroung to the Offspring this evening. Unfortunately about 6 songs in ol' Dexter says 'MOTHER FUCKER' loudly, and with no instrumental backing to cover it. I just ignored it at the time but I reckon I might have to remove that one from the downstairs CD selection

I have moved my stereo down into the sitting room so there is an entertainment medium available other than the telly when the kids are around (and when they are not to be honest). Andy, one for you I reckon. A collection of French activists who make their climate change statement by wandering around at night turning off shop lights left on for no good reason. I found out about them because the BBC of all people just featured them on News 24. How long till we get these in the UK?

I see the latest big thing to fall apart at the seams is a giant hedge fund. It looks like an upstanding chap has managed to run a $50Bn pyramid scheme and nobody twigged he was doing it until he owned up to those around him.

Further to Andy's astronomical theme, the kids and I have now watched the space station pass overhead at about 4:20 this afternoon. Very satisfying from my point of view. The kids were totally underwhelmed but hey, you've got to start somewhere...
