Ask any of my roleplaying characters, including the characters I still have in chargen/have plans for in the near future, a question and I will answer in an in-character manner.
I don't know. I'm not sure that there is one. I'd like to believe that there is, that we have a higher purpose, that there's a reason for existing, but I couldn't tell you if there is. It's just as likely that we're all just bits of cosmic dust floating around and occasionally banging into each other. If we die, we could very well disappear forever. Noone knows. And noone even thinks about the little things. If humans have souls, and a purpose, do robots? Do ants have a purpose? Do they have souls? Do they all have a purpose, or just a few of them? Is it a mass purpose, or do we actually matter as individuals? Is life truly meaningless?
Being small has it's advantages, see? Noone stops to think about the little guy in front of you. The scraggly little feline nobody cares about, who couldn't hurt a fly! But that's just the sort of position to be in, 'cause when you're that, nobody expects anything. Catches people totally off guard when you strike. They stand up and notice for that. And before you know what's happened, before you can react, I'm thirty feet away and running with your wallet while I laugh my ass off at you.
Because they're shiny. Because they're cool and do stuff and I own the boat so it's mine. And because Talrek won't tell me what they do. Sure, he gets to look at the manual and piece it out and make his little notes, but does he share it? NO! I own the boat, I called it. So you'd think they'd tell Flinch what's going on but NO, noone ever tells Flinch anything. Stupid meatheads. And you wonder why Flinch goes off on his own. See if I care. Keep your stupid manual and notes. I'll find out how it works the old fashioned way!
Hope: You've somehow managed to leave Team Rocket without being in a bodybag... How do you feel about life right now? Do you ever miss the Team?
Dustin: You're one of the few humans in Team Rocket... I bet that gets lonely. Have you ever wanted to be different? A Pokemorph, perhaps? Oh, and Bonnie wants your number. ;P Can she call you?
When I was with the Team, everything was very simple. You walked the path they chose for you. Everything was very clear. But then I started to doubt, and everything became blurred. I lost my way for a very long time. When I found myself, I found the world was very complicated. It was full of.. people. Real people, with dreams and aspirations. People who think, people who feel. People who are more than Rocket's Wanted List. I'd be lying if I said I didn't miss the Team. They were my family. For as long as I remember. But the world is too beautiful to be seen like that. I'm walking my own path, now. For better or worse. And whether I die or live, I'll know it was my decision, and that I saw the world for what it truly is.
The world is not composed of black and red. It's all just shades of gray.
Dustin~Actually, there are quite a few humans in Team Rocket! It's just that they're all on the mainland, and so you never really hear from them. But anyway.. um.. what an odd question! No, I've never wanted to be a

Zzy: what do you think of your skinny, stitched-up neighbor? ..and don't you ever feel guilty for all those er, 'experiments' you perform on living creatures... like poor ol' Catfood? ~oh, and will you marry me, or i am too much of a worm-baby for you? :]
Sneaker: ever wanted to evolve? Or is Meowth just too snazzy?
