An Ansel Adams exhibition is at the MFA soonish. I so want to go - anyone?

Yesterday when walking home from yoga, I saw a small animal walking in front of me, back and forth across my path.

It was dark, but I could see a tiny bit of white - and decided to stay away.

Upon looking up pictures, yes - it was a skunk. Very glad I didn't get too close.

I just got a temp job with Enrollment (filing and standard things) - yay, finally some office experience and a decent amount of money coming in each week!

Someone should send me some powdered lemonade mix. The kind that comes in round plastic containers and has multiple uses.

All I can find at the grocery store next to me is Tang and Gatorade powder. Ick.

Today, the last of my coffee ice cream was nearly gone - there was about a spoonful on the bottom of the carton. Last week, smoked gouda. Two weeks ago, it was margarine. Soon, I expect it will be cream cheese ( Read more... )

Today I had a fight with my umbrella on St. Mary's St. and I lost.

As much as I like this city, the gale force winds that render any form of rain-protection nearly useless are something I will not miss, should I end up in a graduate school elsewhere.

If you call a success burning most of the teflon off your dutch oven because the water all steamed away.

However, the artichokes were tasty - even though now I have to make something that's an actual dinner.
