I got an email from the brand new street team telling me I could get tickets on presale today.
The bad news is that I have not done any x-mas shopping and I have no business spending money on myself with so many gifts to get.
Maybe I could get it for my dad and then say something like 'well since you won't be going, Ill use it!'

Work sucks today.

Salary is a pretty cool concept; I really enjoy this, "show up whenever Jake wants, leave whenever Jake wants, get paid whatever Jake wants" attitude.
Raises are always a welcomed prospect, especially when they're accompanied by the news of being put on salary.

Tuffy, Fury, Levi and I painted the town last night.  I had a blast.  Didn't get home 'til 2a.m. and had to get my tired, hungover ass to work at 9.  I feel like I've been here all day.  It is now 10:30.

Gears of War is absolutely breathtaking. It solely justified the $400 purchase of the Xbox 360. The $600 Playstation 3, on the other hand I cannot even begin to rationalize. buy me one.
