what you can't do is 
try to help someone who has a problem expressing anger
by making them angry
and not providing them with an immediate outlet for that anger.  
All that will lead to
is a perpetuation their bad anger repression habits
and perhaps a semi-passive-aggressive live journal entry

c. she was banging too hard on a door with some metal clamps while chasing after paying customers and shouting, "It'll only hurt a little bit!"

...two weeks free of stage makeup class.

...being in the company of people you can split your pants in front of and laugh with no embarrassment.

...a roommate who doesn't give you shit for accidentally leaving household cleaning supplies in the green room over fall break because you needed them for your acting class.

Calling a man "sir" is a mark of respect.  Calling a woman "ma'am" carries so much potential for insult that I avoid it whenever possible.  This is not okay.

Restaurant etiquette: "Iced tea" is not a proper response to, "How are you?"
