I've just tossed my main character over a cliff. Literally. So I need to know, what depth would it be surprising to hear that someone survived with only a broken leg & arm, but not too impossible? I typed in 25 feet, but that sounded wussy. Keep in mind that he lands in a ravine probably on dirt or gravel.

Well, think about 25 feet first. That's three stories. Not Too wussy. I'd be surprised.
