Part of my new freelance life is I spend much less on dry cleaning, granted, but I do have a meeting tomorrow (actually ...3 meetings when it's all said & done) so I do need the jacket & shirt I dropped off at Carolina Cleaners last Tuesday to be driven from their current location 35 miles away back to my town so I can wear them to the meetings. So bald cypress trees, the sight of which makes me wistful for Northern Florida, are apparently amazing. They routinely live like 600 years. There's a stand of them in the Black Forest Preserve in NC that are 1400 years old.
