This "anxiety" thing really actually HURTS!

Tight chest.
Short of breath.
Nervous.
Stabbing pain in stomach.

I've never had this before in my life until now.
I wonder what could be triggering it?

I have to stay moving, running, doing SOMETHING to get rid of it.
Anyway when I sit, my head gets away from me.

???...???...

My heart LITERALLY hurts.

Is that even possible?

And my stomach is in knots.

I don't even know HOW to feel right now.

I keep stopping myself from crying.

I was just looking through old entries in this thing. Funny how life changes so fast. Everyone hates each other one moment, but soon are very friendly with each other again.
