Neon City: Freezing rain in south Neon and Junk City.

Axoryi: Thunderstorms forecast for week's end.

Sanctity: Unseasonably humid.

Tetha: Cloudy and overcast continues.

Asuka: Heat gives way to rain.

Poyi Mountains: Clouds disperse at beginning of week, sunshine.

Dark Area: Overcast still.

Albion: Unseasonably humid, like Sanctity.

Meria: Snowfall, but not serious.

Dokako and Royal Base: Average temperatures.

D'Ango: Light rain intermittently throughout week.

Putrid Ruins: Storms, raising of swamp water levels.

Wanted criminal and Partner to the Late Dr. Finitevus; a Black V-mon a.k.a. "Black" was found in the Hyperion this Last Saturday, January 15th. DATS was notified by the member of Hyperion Security that captured him; a Tamer named Tsubaki Sadamitsu.

Another known criminal calling herself Sako soon arrived on the scene to help the digimon criminal escape. DATS agents responded to the scene but the criminals were able to escape. Black and Sako are still at large and are to be considered extremely dangerous.

If you or someone you know may have information on these criminal's whereabouts, please contact your local DATS branch with your information.

Mr. Tsubaki was injured during the escape and was rushed to Neon General Hospital with serious, life-threatening injuries. He is expected to make a full recovery.

[Note: Tsubaki is his family name.]

Agent on-scene Harpuia had no comment to reporters at the time of the incident, pending further investigation of the assault and escape.

To boost readership for the new paper, maybe running a drawing for a Valentine's Day package for two? Dinner, a movie or a show, dessert...all items donated by businesses as a promotion for their own Valentine's Day specials. Or for trade for ads in the paper.

Drawing would be announced in this issue with a link to a post where tamers or mon can comment to enter. One entry per person/mon. Winner chosen at random on Feb. 7th. 2nd and 3rd place will get a flower & chocolate package for two.

Similar contest can be run for White Day.

The Araki Diamond stolen then returned!

The Araki Diamond that readers may recall was threatened by the Kaitou Kid on the 15th of this month was stolen as he promised with only minor interference from DATS agent Miria.

[A spread of Photos showing Miria both brutally beating the kid, and being kissed by him while she holds his pants in the air.]

The Kid escaped that night and surprisingly enough the diamond was returned in an unmarked envelope two days later.

Interest in the cultural exhibit has spiked since the heist and the world can't help but wonder, what's next for the charming thief of legend?

So-called former criminal and crime boss known only as "The Penmon" announced the building of a new lounge and casino in Neon City. Further details to come. The Penmon was once held by DATS under suspicion of aiding the criminal Akihiro Kurata, but was released as part of a prisoner exchange. He was pardoned recently by Chaosdramon.
