I posted earlier in the week about the fabulous Next Generation Conference we attended at the end of January. Some people have requested photos. So here is the super (limited time only!) bumper post, right at the click of a mouse! ( Click )
Sigh, I got really depressed looking at the photos actually, cause I'm just such a runt! So I complained to mum when you confirmed it to me with your comment (I understand you were trying to be nice though, so thanks :D) and she told me I should ask God to make me thankful for my five foot threeness and my 50kgness. So I did.
Well the thing is, people DO make comments, all the time, about my weight. And I keep thinking, "If I was overweight, there's no WAY you would feel you had this freedom!" But cause skinny is socially acceptable, they feel they can say anything about me. Argh. Anyway, I do like the way God made me, and I'm sure I wont always weigh 50kgs either. And I like that I can sit on your knee any time I like, and Emily gives me piggy back rides. So it's all good. :D
Oh, and the icon is just that happens when you have James sitting across the table from you with his $11,000 Canon. He makes everyone gorgeous with that thing!
I think mum's talking to your mum right now... Wish I was talking to you! Love you heaps! Have a good week! xx
You should come and visit it, while the girls are young and cheap still. :)
Heh, thanks! Actually, they're not even really capris (I had to wiki what "capris" was... had an idea it was clothing, but we don't use that word here - usually just call them "3/4 shorts") - it was the end of the week so I had hardly any clean clothes left except for a pair of jeans, so I just rolled them up cause it was an absolutely stinking hot day - 40 degrees C (about 104 F). ;-)
It was a great time! Hey, you girls should come down to the conference one year - you guys would get a lot out of it and would have a heap of fun meeting lots of Christians :D
Aw thanks - I certainly love it and don't buy much that isn't blue, so I'm glad you think it's good on me!!
That would be a heap of fun. When is it and where exactly is it? Hopefully we'll all be still around these parts by next year. Well you certainly should start buying more stuff that is blue. Stunning.

It looks like a really happy time -- and the spontaneous extra day + road trip home sounds super good.
Plus: you are so cute and small in that second-last picture :).
