We ended up making the decision to put Poco to sleep tonight. I stayed with him until the end.
After 14 years, I am a little lost without him.

Need some advice
My 14 year old miniature schnauzer's health has been failing for some time. He is mostly blind, mostly deaf, has a fatty tumour on his leg, and has what the vet says is "cognitive dissonance" but we just say is doggie dementia.
