So practically out of the blue last Sunday, Chris says that he actually might be interested in teaching English in Japan or Korea for a year. Tomorrow is the day of days...
Tomorrow will be my last day at The Children's Museum, Seattle. God, could some of these republican candidates be more tight-fisted about social services? "Let everyone get the insurance they can afford".....that's right, because if you are undereducated, or choose to work in a profession that doesn't pay a lot, too bad for you, you get to have the sucky plans and the sucky care ( Read more... ) -

So a few weeks ago, I was promoted. I'm now the Exhibit Center Manager - think of it like the Stage Manager of the museum during the day. I keep things running, manage the Visitor Service Assistants, do financial reports at the end of the day, talk on a walkie-talkie headset, and lock and unlock the doors. Constantly ( Read more... )
