Things have been up and down lately, but I'm doing the best I can to stay calm. I'm very excited to read my new books. Mark got me two, "The Psychic Energy Codex," "The Ghost Hunter's Survival Guide," and Shel surprised me with a book called, "Behold A Pale Horse." Which is AWESOME!!!

Shel and I did a seance on Halloween. We walked up the top of the butte and set up the Ouija board. We had a little beer to use for libations, and began to ask questions. Today is a good day. I'm feeling happy, and my body seems to be agreeing with me. As of the last month I have been doing titration off of methadone. I set up Sheldon with a Facebook account, and went through all my friends to find people he knows and sent friend requests. His ignorance to modern day online tech. puts a smile on my face... It's like watching a child play with a toy they never knew existed.

I don't know what it is with me and female friends here in Eugene. The other night I talked to a girl who is in drug court with me. She wanted to add me as a friend on facebook, and when another friend of her's saw she was about to add me she asked how she knew me.
